
The only reason that the SEO tactics that you have read about here are
included in this black hat manual at all is that the search engines don’t like
them, and, if they catch you using such tactics, then the chances are that
they might take some action against you. For example, if Google discover
that you are using your Blogger account to create blog farms, they will in all
probability close that account down.
Having said that, Google have been known to close down Blogger accounts
without any justification at all before now (it has happened to two perfectly
white hat accounts of my own in the past) so using Blogger means that your
account can always be closed down, irrespective of whether you have done
anything wrong or not.
So, just make sure that you only have two or three blogs attached to each
account that you open and keep copies of all of your postings, so that you
can create another in double quick time should you ever need to do so.
The bottom line is that black hat means nothing more than the search
engines don’t like what you are doing and, for me at least, what the people
behind Google or Yahoo like or dislike is no great concern of mine.
